Seniors' Week was exciting at Optima Living communities across Alberta and BC! We celebrated the incredible residents who fill our communities with life through various events. Here's a glimpse into the fun from some of our residences:
Country Cottage
Happy hour was in full swing as residents enjoyed lively conversation and laughter over delicious drinks and snacks. They reminisced about old times, shared stories, and built new friendships.
Parkwood Place
Residents strutted their stuff and showcased their style at a captivating fashion show. They donned their finest attire, walked the runway and received roaring applause.
Aster Gardens
The community green thumbs enjoyed rolling up their sleeves and getting a little dirty, enjoying the therapeutic benefits (and great conversations) that gardening offers.
Sage Hill
Residents and team members welcomed a visit from MLA, Kyle Kasawski, and explored the wonders of science with an engaging presentation from the Spark Science Centre.
Hamlets at Vernon
Residents revved their engines at a classic car show extravaganza and Vernon MLA, Harwinder Sandhu paid an engaging visit.

Cedarwood Station
A charming vintage soda shoppe experience took residents down memory lane and later their creativity at a fun-filled paint night.
Summerwood Village, Aster Gardens, and Country Cottage
Represented Optima Living at a trade show help in partnership with WESAC Strathcona. Summerwood Village also extended a warm welcome to MLA, Kyle Kasawski, after first connecting with him at the Seniors' Week Celebration of Strathcona County.
Lewis Estates and Wildrose
These two communities joined the festivities at the "Older, Bolder, Better" event in West Edmonton. While photos are yet to come, we know they had a fantastic time!
